''Sriwedari'' is an fifth studio album by Indonesian jazz group, Maliq & D'Essentials. The album was released independently by Organic Records, the record company of their own, and produced by Eki Puradiredja on January 25, 2013. The album was nominated for "Album of the Year", but loses to Raisa' ''Heart to Heart'' at the 1st Indonesian Choice Awards.
==Background==
After releasing a compilation album, titled ''Radio Killed The TV Star'', in the month of Ramadan in 2012 appeared to make plans to subject album ''The Best Of'' with an additional 3 new songs.〔https://mobile.twitter.com/MaliqMusic/status/286805828982423552?p=p〕 But in the process of writing songs, 3 new songs planned, they instead produced 10 songs.〔https://mobile.twitter.com/MaliqMusic/status/286810772280078336?p=p〕 So plan to make an album ''The Best Of'' transformed into a new album. The album title itself is taken from one title song, entitled "Setapak Sriwedari", which also depicts happiness during the process of making the album.
